Great post! I think the same "scaling vs building" metaphors can be used in other industries as well where you dont have one big winner. At this time, I run a comms agency and I know that while there are some big players, I can also carve a niche where I get to do things I like to do, at the terms I dictate, and with people I like. All without the pressure of being "the one". Thanks for writing :)
