Could feel the e-motion in this one bud. Keep going, keep building a high trust company 🚀

I’ve recently switched to TWT Protein Powder, and trust me, my gut feels so good. Even though it is priced a little higher than other brands, I am never going to make the switch now.

Power to you Shashank 💪

Absolutely relate the article and the line at end of Good People keeping silent is so apt. Why we are are a developing nation, scarce resources, too many mouths to feed - I believe the problem also lies in plenty for few and few for plenty which leads to hoarding or corrupt mentality and finally gets us to negate, lie and keep mugging. Always for the truth and big fan of TWT foods

I could deeply related to this, and another comment on this post. To be honest in this country, is to undertake a hard journey. People who do it, do it because of a deep commitment to their principles and moral values, as well as a belief that world will be better off if we all were honest. It comes from a very intuitive understanding that low-trust society is a lose-lose outcome.

Only place I disagree with you: countries that are developing are so, because they are low-trust. It's not the other way around. Countries that are high-trust develop much faster. Others, take centuries to get there. We'll need at least 150 years to get to Switzerland's per capita GDP, assuming they don't manage to grow too fast during the age of robots.

Countries with low-trust have very weak or no commitment to morality, hence they are "developing". It's not that developed countries can "afford" to start with trust - they are developed because they start with trust. Other countries will just reach the same place with a much, much longer route.

Thanks for this timely reminder. Given the recent accusations on platforms like X and Reddit, this post provided a great opportunity to share the mindset of an entrepreneur aiming to achieve something seemingly impossible in a country like India. That said, I believe such accusations are also an avenue and a part of holding an organization accountable - it's the cost of transparency. You rarely see similar allegations against large corporations, likely because they are perceived as unwinnable battles. Nonetheless, the way TWT addresses these lone voices is truly commendable.

Agree. Accountability is good. Just not when it comes from bad intent actors. And the tough bit is responding in good faith even to people who operate from bad faith.

Can completely relate with what you have shared, Shashank. In society, at work, and in business - it is tough walking the path of truth. It is discouraged even by the ones closest to you as they are the ones directly impacted by the 'impractical' choices this path leads one to, and its consequences. Painful till you realise that it is incorrect on your part to expect them to understand and agree. Nice to see you fighting this battle. Am glad you have realised by now that it will only get tougher. You & TWT has surely won my family's trust. (And we are wholeheartedly recommending TWT within our circle of trust). Keep it up! Cheers!
